Common Goal

  • The next you need to do is to set a common goal.
  • Every employee need to know the goal of your business
  • You can’t expect them to achieve result if they don;t know what teh goal is.
  • It all starts with your vision
  • From the vision, you develop you mission.
  • You goals are very much more specific activities that, when achieved, help you accomplish your misssion and fulfil your vision.
  • And Make sure your Goal is SMART. Specific, Measurable,Achievable,Result Oriented, and hve Time Frame
  • If your goal doesn’t  make sense you will waste your time, they will be unrealistic

  • Your employee needs to know what they can and can’t do
  • All Employee must knowthe rules, which must be written down and available.

  • Your emlpoyee needs to know what their jobs entail and what their responsibilities are.
  • It’simportant to tell your employee what they’re supposed to be doing
  • You need to develop your strategy,that lay down how results are to be achieved and why certain things are done
  • You need a tactic that spells out how results will be achieved
  • You need to documenting what each person does on daily,weekly,monthly

Support Risk Taking

  • You must willing to take a risk
  • If You don’t your team will always lag behind and will not push boundaries
  • Remember your business is just like tree; it’s either growing or it’s dying. There’s no middle ground. it can’t stand still


100 Percent Involvement/Inclusion

  • You need to make sure everyone on the team is involved
  • And this involvement must be 100%
